Staffordshire FA Staff Supporting Cash for Kids ‘5k a Day in May’

Having recently developed links with the grant-giving charity Cash for Kids, the members of staff at Staffordshire FA will be collectively supporting the Cash for Kids 5k a Day in May fundraising initiative.

In addition to raising awareness and funds for a very worthy cause, the 5k a Day initiative is also a great opportunity to embrace all the physical and mental benefits that regular exercise brings with it.

Each day throughout May, a different member of staff will take on the 5k challenge – whether that be running, walking, cycling, swimming, or any other form of exercise.  

Cash for Kids is a grant-giving charity helping the children that need it most across the UK. Their mission is to improve the lives of disadvantaged children and young people in our communities who are affected by poverty, illness, neglect or have additional needs.

Cash for Kids work with grassroots organisations that aim to make a difference to young lives, directly supporting families who often have nowhere else to go.
