The Association value customer satisfaction and in order to improve our customer service we provide a 24/7 helpdesk.
The 24/7 helpdesk provides a platform for members to access information and solutions outside of regular office hours. Provided by Freshdesk, the portal is on hand to support Clubs with any common questions, as well as allowing members the opportunity to raise tickets for staff members to respond to directly.
