The Staffordshire Football Association is recruiting for a Participation Officer (Female Pathway).
This role will have a specific focus to support all Female Football programmes across the County including Participation, Club, League, Coach and Volunteer programme. This inspiring new role has the opportunity to influence and enhance all of Staffordshire Football’s female programmes, and it will play a significant part to grow and sustain female participation, ensuring all females within Staffordshire Football can thrive.

We offer a flexible working environment to help meet the needs of Staffordshire Football. Our Football Participation Officer will work full time to meet the needs of the role.
The successful candidate will join a fantastic team who share the same desire to provide the best football experience for all, and we are keen to find a strong leader who will be able to enhance our female football offer even further.

- Hours: 36.5 per week
- Salary: £24,381 per annum
- Contract: Permanent
