We're excited to announce the upcoming Club Development Evening at Brocton FC - "Developing Clubs Together: Unlocking Your Potential." This event, scheduled for Monday, 14th August from 6:30pm to 8:30pm, is designed to empower local football clubs by offering a range of informative workshops facilitated by Staffordshire FA staff.
Whether you're interested in securing funding, expanding female and disability pathways, improving facility maintenance, or achieving club accreditation, this evening promises to equip you with the necessary tools for success in the upcoming season.
The event will feature a diverse array of workshops, each tailored to address specific aspects of club growth and development. Participants will have the chance to engage with County FA staff members who will share their expertise and knowledge. Here are some key areas that will be covered during the event:
- Female Pathway - Wildcats and SQUAD
- Disability Pathway
- Funding and Grants
- Facility Maintenance & Development
- Club Accreditation
All clubs attending the event will have the exclusive opportunity to be a part of the Staffordshire FA Club Development Programme for the 2023-24 season. This programme offers ongoing bespoke support to clubs, ensuring they receive guidance from Staffordshire FA members of staff throughout the season. By participating in the program, your club will identify areas for improvement and work towards achieving its targets for development over the next 12 months.
