He always has a smile on his face and is very approachable.
What makes Ben so brilliant and invaluable is the fact that every time he makes a decision he ensures he explains to the children why he has come to that decision and what they could do differently.
In addition, he is always teaching the children how to play fairly and praises them regularly.
