Ashley Miller of Pyramid FC has won Staffordshire FA ‘We Only Do Positive’ award for September.

Ashley has been proactive with communicating the We Only Do Positive mentality from the moment he set up his teams,  and has always lead with this ethos.

He is always researching and sharing videos with all parents to encourage and always explains the rationale to his parents as to why he takes this approach.

He has always remained with the same principles of making it a positive experience for the kids and making sure it’s the kids who are enjoying playing and they come away from any football session with him, whether it’s training or matches, feeling good.

All abilities are welcome in his teams as he believes that all children should be able to experience playing in that team environment.
