Rushall Olympic FC will host either Lichfield City or Chasetown FC whilst Sporting Khalsa will host current holders Boldmere St Michaels.
Olympic beat Coleshill Town in their first game of this competition before a convincing 3-0 victory against Tividale FC in the quarter-final. They will now play host to Lichfield City or Chasetown FC. Rushall will be looking to make the final stage of the competition for the first time since the 2017-18 season.
Lichfield City scraped past Walsall Wood in the second round with a 3-2 home win, and will now battle it out with Chasetown for a spot in the semi-final.
Sporting Khalsa have won both of their cup games 4-1, easing out Rocester and Wednesfield respectively. They will be looking to build on some recent good form having gone unbeaten in four games in all competitions last month.
Boldmere St Michaels have scored ten goals in their two games on the way to the final. They put eight past Walsall FC in round two, before squeezing past Sutton Coldfield Town 2-1 in the quarter-final.
