The Staffordshire Football Association is dedicated to ensuring equal opportunities for all in football. As part of our commitment to making a difference through football, we are conducting a thorough equality audit of all staff, coaches, officials, players and members who access our services.
This survey will help us fully understand the current make up of who we are and represent across the game in Staffordshire, as well as helping us to have a local understanding of our community and members.
The data collected will support our work in developing our Inclusion Action Plan for the next three years and achieving the Preliminary Level of the Equality Standard for Sport. It will also help us to understand where additional support may be required in the future.
This survey will only take you between 5-10 minutes to complete and will be available for the next few weeks.
Please note; this survey is anonymous and email address data will only be used for those who opt into the competition and will not be used in conjunction with any other questions. All data will be kept secure, in line with our Privacy Notice and Data Protection Policy, 2018.
If you have any questions regarding the purpose, method, data collection or data storage of this survey, please contact Gemma Machin on support@StaffordshireFA.com
