Vacancy: Insight, Evaluation and Engagement Manager

Together Active is a charity working across Staffordshire and Stoke-on-Trent. We exist to create active places and healthy lives through physical activity and sport. We are part of a national network of Active Partnerships, funded by Sport England and our local partners.
We are looking to appoint an amazing person with values strongly aligned to our own:
Insight, Evaluation and Engagement Manager
You will lead Together Active’s insight and evaluation function, ensuring we can demonstrate the impact of our work and that we can put our learning into practice.
You will inspire and support our team to ensure that we engage effectively with our diverse communities, enabling their voices to be heard. You will also ensure that we use what we learn to inform both our strategy and a range of interventions that meet the needs of our target audiences.
You will have a proven track record of using an insight-led approach to influence decision making. You will have significant experience of successfully evaluating a range of projects or work streams and of demonstrating their impact clearly and in an engaging way.
This role is permanent and 29.6 hours per week (equivalent of four days), with a salary of £35,000 pro rata.
We operate a hybrid working model, with staff working partly from home and partly from our office in Stafford when guidance allows.
