GRASSROOTS HEROES ACROSS STAFFORDSHIRE RECOGNISED FOR THEIR OUTSTANDING ACHIEVEMENTS.
Over recent weeks Staffordshire FA have been out and about across the county to surprise individuals and organisations who have been nominated, and subsequently gone on to win, a Staffordshire FA Grassroots Football Award for their dedication and achievements during the 2019-20 season.
Following on from the nomination process held earlier in the year, a record number of nominations were received for the various categories, all of which highlighted the fantastic work which has taken place across grassroots football in Staffordshire over the last 12 months and beyond. The County FA judging panel had the incredibly difficult task of shortlisting and selecting winners in each of the respective categories.
Staffordshire FA representatives then ventured out to various locations across the county to surprise the winners with their respective awards, and to thank them for their outstanding commitment in making grassroots football happen in their local communities.
The County FA hopes to be able to organise a collective celebration with all our award winners at some point over the coming months, when it is safe to do so, but in the meantime we once again thank all of our respective award winners – along with all volunteers and officials across the county – who continue to make grassroots football happen across Staffordshire.

“Everyone associated with Staffordshire FA continues to be humbled by the dedication, passion and enthusiasm of our grassroots volunteers, who continue to be the backbone to the game, and without whom, it simply could not function in the way that it does.”
