The County Designated Safeguarding Lead has set up two dates to assist DBS applicants applying through Staffordshire FA with the verification of their documents. 
These session will be on an appointment basis only to comply with Covid-19 social distancing guidance so we would ask that anyone who requires the verification of their documents please contact Jan Scott on 07969 294023 or email him at support@staffordshirefa.com  

The sessions will be at:

Yarnfield Football Centre, Yarnfield lane, Stone, ST15 0NF (at the clubhouse entrance, please follow the one-way system in place) Tuesday 28 July 2020, 6pm till 7.30pm

Lichfield City FC, Eastern Avenue, Lichfield, WS13 6AY (in the pitch side stand) Thursday 30 July 2020, 6pm till 7.30pm

Please remember you can also arrange to meet with your youth league welfare officer for Staffordshire affiliated leagues who can support the DBS process and verify your documentation.

Please note that both venues will have social distancing guidance in place that must be adhered to. Please do not attend without pre booking an appointment. On arrival please ensure you have your three documents submitted with you and opened ready to view. If you have any Covid-19 symptoms or have been in contact with anyone symptomatic please do not attend the venue.
