A NEW OPPORTUNITY FOR PLAYERS TO TAKE PART IN REGULAR DISABILITY FOOTBALL ACTIVITY

Staffordshire FA is pleased to confirm plans to deliver several SEN Football Festivals across the county over the coming months, starting at Northwood Stadium on Wednesday 20 November. 

The aim of the events is to bring players together from across Staffordshire to take part in friendly, fun football matches as we look to develop the disability football provision locally. 

Depending on interest for each festival we will look to offer both primary and secondary school football matches, and will split the secondary into two ability bandings where possible. Opportunities for players to take part in regular football activity within their local area will be shared on the day as well. 

Details for the first festival are as follows…

Date: Wednesday 20 November 2019

Time: 10am-12.30pm

Venue: Northwood Stadium, Keelings Rd, Stoke-on-Trent, ST1 6PB

Facility: Outside 3G Pitch

Who: Secondary Schools - Players within years 7, 8 & 9 who are on the special educational needs register (SEN). Primary Schools - Players within years 5 & 6 who are on the special educational needs register (SEN)
