Disability Football Focus Group

The Staffordshire FA want to have more face to face contact with all representatives of disability football across Staffordshire, to ensure that you have the opportunity to share your opinions and have a voice with regards to the ongoing development of disability football/ provision in Staffordshire..

The aim of this football focus group will be to provide strategic guidance to the Staffordshire FA’s Disability Workforce Fund, ensuring accessible participation & voluntary opportunities for all ages and abilities throughout the disability pathway, through reviewing current delivery and new developments.

The FA Disability Workforce Fund has 2x key aims:

 Unite the game and inspire the nation through the strategic coordination of a disability football workforce at a local level
 Promote a change in culture to embed disability football across the mainstream

We are seeking representatives from all areas of the game with a variety of experience. Everybody is welcome to apply to be a part of this group, including coaches, players, club reps, league reps, volunteers, charities and community groups within the disability game in Staffordshire.

The group will meet bi-annually and have ongoing contact to discuss specific areas of the game throughout the season.
