The Chair to the Board of Directors position presents a unique and influential opportunity for you to make a lasting impact on the governance and development of the Association.
As Chair, you will lead the Board of Directors, ensuring they fulfill their duties and responsibilities effectively. You will have the chance to shape the direction of the Association, ensuring its adherence to best practices and
governance standards.
You will have the responsibility of overseeing the affairs of the Association, ensuring that the Board meets its obligations and responsibilities. Your strategic guidance will be vital in driving the Association towards its goals and ensuring its long-term success.
