Next Groundsman Workshop – Theme: End of Season Renovations

The next Staffordshire FA groundsman workshop will take place on Thursday 1 March 2018 at Brocton Football Club in Stafford.

The workshop will focus on planning ahead for end of season renovations and preparing pitches for the start of the 2018/19 season. The workshop will once again be supported by our two FA Pitch Advisors – Andy Jackson (Stoke City FC Head Groundsman) and Kevin Duffill (IOG Regional Pitch Advisor).

The pitch advisors will be providing ideas, advice and guidance on the renovations which will have the biggest impact, based on clubs individual budgets. It will be another great opportunity for groundsmen from grassroots clubs/organisations across Staffordshire to ask questions of the two pitch advisors, as well as networking with other groundsmen from across the county. The workshop is free of charge.
