Part of this army are young volunteers that fulfill a massive variety of roles within local football from coaching & refereeing, to finance & marketing... and the list goes on...

Now more than ever, local grassroots football can provide young volunteers with a no-pressure platform to develop professional skills in practical situations.

The FA host a programme called Football Futures and Staffordshire FA also run a Youth Council for young volunteers across the county. To get involved with either of these programmes please contact the Staffordshire FA Team who will be able to provide you with more information.
