Club Membership Changes 2023-24

There will be some important changes to the affiliation process for the upcoming 2023-24 season, which opens to Staffordshire clubs on 19th June.

Changes to the club affiliation process

There will be some important changes to the affiliation process for the upcoming 2023-24 season, which opens to Staffordshire clubs on 19th June.

The affiliation process will now be conducted through the Club Portal, replacing the previous Whole Game System. Moreover, we have transitioned from Club Affiliation to Team Affiliation, allowing individual teams to affiliate as soon as they meet the necessary requirements. This change addresses the previous limitation where an entire club had to wait for all teams to comply before affiliating. A club can now set themselves up and add individual teams as they meet the affiliation criteria.

Specific Safeguarding requirements for each type of affiliated team have also been implemented, be it adult, youth, or disability. These measures are in place to ensure the safety and well-being of all participants involved.

At Staffordshire FA, we are committed to providing excellent customer service and a range of other valuable services to our members. We are proud of the customer service we provide to our members with us receiving positive feedback from 90% of our members who are either 'Extremely Satisfied' or 'Mostly Satisfied' with the service they receive. We value your feedback and continually strive to ensure satisfaction, and we will continue to do so for seasons to come.

On top of this, the Staffordshire Football Association is adding three additional positions to our staff structure, further enhancing the support for Staffordshire Football with a focus on providing the highest quality service to our members.

To ensure our pricing structure remains reasonable and affordable for all clubs and teams, we have made changes to the affiliation fees. The 'Club Fee' has been replaced with a 'Team Fee.' The new pricing structure takes into account various factors, including our commitment to exceptional customer service. We firmly believe that these changes will further support, develop, and unite Staffordshire Football.

Please find below the revised affiliation price structure (per team):

Professional Teams £90
National League System Teams £50
Adult Teams (19+) £30
Youth Teams £10

We hope that these changes to the club affiliation process, along with our continued focus on customer service and affordable pricing, will contribute to another enjoyable and successful season for your club and team.

If you have any further questions or require assistance with the affiliation process, please do not hesitate to reach out to our dedicated support team by emailing Support@StaffordshireFA.com or by calling 01785 256994. We are here to help and ensure that your experience with Staffordshire FA is as smooth and rewarding as possible.
