Staffordshire FA wishes to gather the thoughts of local clubs, parents, players, coaches and volunteers through a new respect survey.

We want to work with everyone involved in grassroots football in making the game a safe and enjoyable experience.

The short survey will provide us with information that will help us look at how we move the Respect campaign forward next season.
