Over the upcoming months, we will be finalising the details of our 2021/2022 Operational Delivery Plan and new 3-year Business Strategy, to take us into 2024.

We are keen to gather as much information as possible from across the grassroots football community in Staffordshire, to help shape our upcoming work and deliver a strategy to meet the needs of Staffordshire football.

We are therefore keen to seek your views in terms of the key objectives that you feel the Association should be prioritising, and the outcomes we will collectively aim to achieve. To help gather your views we have put together a short online questionnaire that we would be hugely grateful if you could complete, to help identify what you believe this work should concentrate on and the key steps that should be taken.
