Do you play adult football in Staffordshire? Are you keen to share your views and experiences of playing football and help shape the future work to support adult football participation across the county? 
If so, Staffordshire FA would like you to come forward and help form a players’ focus group.

Staffordshire FA will shortly be setting out our new three-year strategy for how we will be supporting all areas of the game in the county. As part of this, we will be conducting consultation through our Council, committees and partners to understand the current state of play, along with seeking the thoughts of all members for how football looks in Staffordshire for the future.

As part of this piece of work it is paramount we understand and hear the voices of our members. We are delighted to be working with our Player Representative, Kyle Patterson, to develop player focus groups to allow our members the opportunity to do just that. Kyle will be leading this group, with a focus on gaining the thoughts and experiences of players, and how the Staffordshire FA can support our players further.

Initially we are asking for Adult Male Players (18+), playing within either the National League System or Sunday Football Leagues to express an interest to be a part of this informal group to allow open and honest discussions which will feedback directly to our Participation Committee. These groups will meet online via Microsoft Teams.
