Staffordshire Refereeing Academy - Education Opportunity

THINKING ABOUT WHAT TO DO AT SIXTH FORM OR COLLEGE?

Staffordshire FA is pleased to announce a brand-new Staffordshire FA Referee Academy, which will be starting in September 2020 in partnership with King Edward VI High School, Stafford.
Delivered by King Edwards, the course provides a great opportunity for 16-19 year-olds to study alongside developing their officiating skills.

The curriculum the school offers will provide the opportunity to complete the nationally-recognised Level 3 BTEC Extended Diploma (equivalent to three A Levels) in sport. Alternatively, students can choose to study for A Levels.

This opportunity is the first of its kind in the UK and is an exciting prospect, allowing you to study and gain qualifications whilst developing your skills as a referee and utilising the experience of professional referees.
