GIRLS REGIONAL TALENT CLUB COACHES

Stoke City Football Club are looking for part- time Coaches to work with Regional Talent Club female players.

The successful applicants will be responsible for the implementation of coaching sessions for the Centre Players ranging from ages U10-U12 or U14-U16.

Including planning coaching sessions within the coaching development programme through to delivery, monitoring and analysis of performance, this is a comprehensive role perfect for individuals with a commitment to developing future players to the best of their abilities.

Ideal candidates will have a football background either as a player or coach and will hold a minimum of FA Level 2 qualifications in Coaching or higher. Strong planning, organisational and motivational skills are key. Practical experience of coaching at grassroots level is desirable. Previous experience of working in an Academy/Centre of Excellence, a sound knowledge of Elite level requirements and a basic First Aid Qualification would be advantageous.

The role requires a high degree of commitment to cover Monday and Thursday evening and Saturday or Sunday morning games programme. The positions will be offered on a casual basis. Owing to the nature of this post a DBS disclosure will be undertaken before a final offer can be made.
