There are a number factors needed to ensure girls can enjoy football for as long as possible, these include the processes off the pitch as well as playing the game. These range from ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment to the individual needs of each player including identifying and understanding these.

With the help of their great coaching and physio team, plus the links to Staffordshire University and Swan Physio Ltd. The evening will be split into a number of different areas of focus including;

  • Female Athletes info and foot care
  • Injury Management at home
  • Understanding Foam Rolling
  • Winning Mind Games
  • Post Game/Training Recovery
  • Fuelling the Footballer

This is a fantastic opportunity for coaches to firstly have an understanding of how they can further support their girls player development but also, how each coach can start to enforce and implement some of these factors within Grassroots football and see improvements within each player.
