Burton Albion Community Trust currently have a vacancy for the role of Female Football Co-Ordinator.

Job Title: Female Football Co-ordinator
Salary: £16,575 - £18,525
Reports to: Football Development Manager
Hours: Minimum 37.5 hours per week excluding Lunch

 

Role Purpose:

The role of the Female Football Co-ordinator is to work alongside the Football Development Manager to support football programmes across East Staffordshire.

1. The Football Development Co-ordinator will work alongside the Football Development Manager to:-

1.01.          To monitor, plan and deliver Female Football development programme.

1.02.          To plan, deliver and review high quality coaching programmes to support the children & young people through the BACT female ‘player pathway’

1.03.          Support to plan, deliver and monitor an annual Football Development budget.

1.04.          Sustain existing and create new relationships with key stakeholders including Premier League and Football League as well as County FA and local clubs.

1.05.          Establish and maintain effective internal and external communication systems to manage and promote Football specific activities within BACT.

1.06.          Support to observe and mentor female coaches devising actions plans for each coach as part of their CPD programme

1.07.          Support with compiling a coaching syllabus for all female football development programmes

1.08.          Support to ensure all coaching staff adhere to BACT Health & Safety / Safe Guarding policies

2. The Football Development Co-ordinator will be responsible for:

2.01.          Delivery of Premier League Girls sessions in schools and sign posting them onto BACT skills centres, grassroots clubs, female football academy

2.02.          Complete all Premier League Girls monitoring and evaluation in accordance with service level agreement

2.03.          Planning, organising and delivery of female holiday course camps, festivals/leagues and team coaching.

2.04.          Work closely with other co-ordinators/team leaders to plan, deliver and review all activities linked to football development plans for Pirelli and Anglesey facilities

2.05.          Support growth and retention of participation numbers across Burton and Uttoxeter

2.06.          Ensure all BACT policies and procedures including HR are implemented

2.07.          Being a lead coach and deliver sessions as timetabled

2.08.          Being the key contact for female football development coaching programmes

2.09.          Ensuring all course fees/monies are collected and processed in-line with BACT procedures.

2.10.          Ensure all programmes are marketed and promoted on BACT website and social media channels

2.11.          Track progress of children & young people through the BACT female ‘player pathway’ and measure the impact coaching sessions have on participants

2.12.          Ensure the Values of BACT are adhered to throughout the department.
