At the Staffordshire FA we are dedicated to ensuring we have a diverse workforce that work proactively to safeguard, govern and provide equal opportunities to all players, coaches, referee’s and volunteers within football.

As an organisation we are looking to further enhance our knowledge on demands, equality and correct processes for action, across all areas and backgrounds within Staffordshire. To aid us with this we have set up and Inclusion Advisory Group, which works to identify areas of demand, how to access these and support us through achieving the Preliminary Stage of the Equality Standard.

We are looking to add to our Inclusion Advisory Group to ensure we have the best working group possible to support and enhance our inclusive delivery and processes. We are looking for key individuals with a passion for equality, diversity and is able to help provide key knowledge to support all areas of work.

Football knowledge is not a requirement, and we would greatly appreciate if you could help us identify keen members to help develop our group further. If you are interested in being a vital member of this group or know of somebody who may be we ask that you take a look through our Information Pack and return to Football Development Officer, Bethan Woolley with an expression of interest by 18th December.
