JOB VACANCY: Stoke City FC Girls Centre of Excellence

Stoke City Football Club of the English Premier League are looking for part-time Coaches to work with Centre of Excellence players.

The successful applicants will be responsible for the implementation of coaching sessions for the Centre Players ranging from ages U9-U13 or U15-U17. 

Including planning coaching sessions within the coaching development programme through to delivery, monitoring and analysis of performance, this is a comprehensive role perfect for individuals with a commitment to developing future players to the best of their abilities.

Ideal candidates will have a football background either as a player or coach and will hold a minimum of FA Level 2 qualifications in Coaching in addition to FA Youth Coaching Modules 1, 2 or higher. Strong planning, organisational and motivational skills are key. Practical experience of coaching at grassroots level is desirable.  Previous experience of working in an Academy/Centre of Excellence, a sound knowledge of Elite level requirements and a Basic First Aid Qualification would be advantageous.

The role requires a high degree of commitment to cover Monday and Thursday evening and a Saturday morning games programme. The positions will be offered on a casual basis. Owing to the nature of this post a DBS disclosure will be undertaken before a final offer can be made.
