All discipline charges are issued with an £8.00 administration fee. Should this payment and completed pro forma fail to be received by this office by the date specified, a second notification letter is raised, and further fine of £20.00 is added to the charge. This second notification letter will be enclosed with your weekly statement.
Should your Club still fail to respond to this, a further £20.00 fine and a final reminder will be issued. Payment will then be required within 7 days, together with the completed pro forma.
Failure to respond to the final reminder letter will result in both the club and the offender (if an individual has been charged) being placed under a sine die suspension on the stated date. Notification of your Club/Player suspension will be sent to surrounding Leagues and Counties. This suspension will not be lifted until such time that payment for the case has been received.
To assist clubs with the payment of discipline cases, the Staffordshire Football Association offer an instalment option. Please see related documents – discipline instalment table for details of the time scales available. Should you wish to take advantage of this, please contact the office to agree a payment plan.
Please note. Should your club default on any of your agreed instalments, the balance outstanding will be required immediately. Failure to forward payment will result in your Clubs suspension.
